You know what? When I was little I thought every grown up were ..grown ups, understanding, smart, always had right, knew the best, were friendly and knew answers for everything.
But I grew up myself and slowly realized that adults don't always act like grown ups. Bullying, fights and screams happens as well in the grown up world and that is no big difference from the kindergarten/schoolyard. The difference is that in the grown up world it becomes more serious consequences.
